How we approach the work
For businesses that want more than a key, we keep access hardware simple. Keypads, card readers and electronic strikes each solve a particular problem, and we start by asking which problem you have. Staff turnover points toward codes that can be changed without a locksmith visit.
Deliveries at odd hours point toward a controlled door with a record of who came through. We fit what fits, explain how to manage it yourself, and stay reachable when you want to change something. Mechanical locks still matter in these systems, and we make sure the two work together rather than leaving you with a clever reader on a door that does not close properly.

Getting you back inside, gently.
For a business, a lock is really a question of who. Who holds a key, who left with one, who needs to get into the stockroom but not the office. We start with that list, then design around it: rekeying, a small master system, or a keypad that can drop a code the day someone leaves. The hardware is the easy part once the who is clear.
The key you reach for. The door you come home to. Good locksmith work begins with understanding how you use them.

- You set the pace. We explain, you decide, we work. If you would rather sleep on a bigger change, we do what is needed now and leave the rest for another visit.
- The reasoning behind each suggestion. Every recommendation comes with the reason for it, in language that does not require you to know the trade. Ask why as often as you like.
- Order restored. Tools packed, dust cleared, doors closed properly. We leave your home or business looking as it did, with the lock problem gone.
How a visit goes
Describe the property, the hardware and what has changed, and the visit starts from what you have seen.

01
A look inside the keyway
We check how deep the fragment sits and whether the cylinder was already worn or dry. That tells us how to draw the piece out without pushing it further.

02
Drawing the piece out
With extraction tools and patience the broken blade comes out whole. We clean and lubricate the cylinder so the next key goes in smoothly.

03
Cutting a fresh key
A key that snapped was usually tired. We cut a new one from the two halves or from the lock itself, test it and suggest retiring any other worn copies.
